The facts
Unfortunately, blood continues to stain Italian roads due to wildlife. A clear and sad example of this is what happened along Via di Santa Cornelia yesterday, to be precise between the area of the same name north of Rome and the municipal area of Formello. A 58-year-old man fell badly from his scooter after running over a wild boar that suddenly appeared, leaving him no escape.
Hospitalization
The episode occurred around 21pm, therefore when visibility began to be lower. The police reconstructed the dynamics of the accident: the 00-year-old was driving a Honda SH 58 and would not have died instantly given that he was transported to hospital under code red.
Investigations ongoing
The hospitalization at the Sant'Andrea Hospital was unfortunately useless, the injuries reported were too serious and the doctors could not help but confirm the death of the scooter rider who, among other things, was just 50 meters from his home . Investigations are underway to investigate the matter further.
