A tragic accident
A few days ago a 70 year old man died near Faedis, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, after a hunting trip he was taking part inThe man was hit by an accidental shot from a rifle, possibly the victim's own (an investigation is ongoing). The regional hunting federation has released its opinion on the matter.
Our sincere condolences
These are the words of the president Luca Carocci: “We are deeply saddened and saddened by this tragedy. On behalf of the entire hunting association, we extend our deepest condolences to Paolo De Luca's family and friends.".
Prevention systems
Carocci then launched an appeal: “In times like this, it's crucial to reiterate the importance of exercising our passion with the utmost care and diligence. Hunting often takes place in woods and rugged terrain, where the risk of injury or unforeseen events is naturally higher. It's essential to keep prevention systems active at all times and never allow routine or habit to lead to a lapse in vigilance. Only by maintaining the highest levels of caution can we truly reduce the margins of risk and prevent further unacceptable tragedies.".
