The circle of hunters "I Grifoni", in collaboration with the National Free Hunting Association, organize the 7th edition of the "Festival of Pappardelle alla Hare e Capriolo" alla cacciatora; the event will take place in Piazza Brancaccio (Castle) of San Gregorio da Sassola, in the province of Rome, on 2 June 2013. The festival will begin at 11,30 with the opening of the food and wine stands for the preparation and tasting of Pappardelle with Hare and Capriolo alla Cacciatora sauce, fruit, bread, water or wine; in the evening, until late at night, the same lunch menu will be available with the possibility of tasting sandwiches with sausage, ham, etc. The Amateur Dog Show will be held during the event; the whole day will be enlivened by music selected by a DJ and at the end of the event there will be the drawing of the Lottery with awarding of the winners.
