The technical front
At the Aosta TAV last weekend a celebration was held for the Regional Clay Pigeon Shooting, an event dedicated to the awards ceremony for the Aosta Valley's key players in the 2025 competitive season. It was a heartfelt and participatory event that brought together athletes, coaches, managers, and their families to review a year of achievements and growth for the regional movement. During the event, all Regional Champions, from both the Winter and Summer Championships, were recognized, along with athletes who achieved significant results nationally, and a series of awards were given to coaches and managers whose daily work contributed to consolidating and expanding the local shooting movement. On the technical front, awards were given to Armando Lussiana, instructor, and Gianni Bogliolo, Technical Commissioner of the TAV Aosta. The association's President, Paolo Salzano, was also recognized, a testament to his leadership and coordination work throughout the season.
The most interesting results
Among the evening's most notable sporting achievements was that of Matteo Colombo, winner of the "Uno d'Oro" Youth Sector event in the Junior category. Simone Rosa also received applause, finishing third at the Italian Universal Trench Championships in the Excellence category, a highly prestigious achievement. Alessandro Perego was also recognized for his promotion to the top category in Olympic Trench, a promotion that certifies consistent performance and technical growth. Team awards were also given: TAV Aosta was recognized for placing fourth in the Italian Fourth Category Club Championship, and the TAV Aosta team placed third at the 32nd Rosa d'Oro in Uboldo, placings that demonstrate unity and team spirit.
A work to be valorized
The Aosta Shooting Festival thus closed the 2025 season in a spirit of sharing: an evening to recognize achievements, but above all to recognize the work "behind the scenes" that allows the movement to grow and look forward to future events with confidence. Among the special prizes, there was also a gesture that made the evening even more heartwarming: a cake dedicated to Marco Bianchi, Regional Delegate of the Aosta Valley, as a token of gratitude for his work throughout the year supporting the Aosta Valley competitive shooting movement. It was a particularly welcome surprise, greeted with emotion and applause. Furthermore, at his initiative, the winners also received FITAV merchandise featuring the new logo design and the hashtag #IOSONOFITAV, a symbol of the renewal and forward-looking vision that the Federation reserves for all its enthusiasts (source: FITAV).
