La Emir Cup 2026 The individual Olympic Trench competitions just concluded on the Tav Umbriaverde-Todi platforms. In the Men ID classification, reserved for athletes who have participated in international ISSF competitions in the last five years, the gold medal went to Emanuele Buccolieri of the Fiamme Oro team from San Pancrazio Salentino (BR), who scored 122/125 in qualifying and a near-perfect 29/30 in the final. He was followed by Diego Valeri (Navy) from Artena (RM), who took silver with scores of 120/125+4 and 28/30, while the bronze medal went to Daniele Resca (Carabinieri) from Pieve di Cento (BO), with scores of 120/125+3 and 24/25.
Ladies Ranking
The ladies' competition also featured a spectacular show, with the gold medal battle pitting two top athletes: Silvana Stanco (Fiamme Gialle), from Sturno (AV), Olympic silver medalist at Paris 2024, who finished in the top eight with a score of 116/125, and Alessia Iezzi (Carabinieri) from Città Sant'Angelo (PE), Mixed Team gold medalist at the ISSF World Championships in Athens 2025, who finished in the final with a score of 116/125. Both finished with 27/30, necessitating a shoot-off. The shooter from Abruzzo prevailed, winning with an 8-point advantage to her opponent's 7-point advantage. Alessandra Della Valle (Fiamme Oro), from Solaro (MI), finished third with scores of 114/125 and 22/25.
Junior Men's Sector
In the Junior Men's category, the top step of the podium was occupied by Andrea Diana (Fiamme Oro) of Frosinone, who finished with a qualifying score of 118/125+6 and a final score of 28/30+2. The silver medal went to Frenchman Thomas Agez, who finished second with scores of 118/125+1 and 28/30+1, while the bronze went to Luca Gerri (Fiamme Oro) of Erbusco (BS), with scores of 120/125+2 and 23/25. Among the Junior Ladies, the gold medal went to Valentina Archetti (Fiamme Oro) of Coccaglio (BS), who finished first with scores of 114/125 and 25/30+1. Second place went to Frenchwoman Jeanne Auriche, who took silver with 113/125 and 25/30+0, while Camilla Stella Piazza (Fiamme Azzurre) from Genoa took bronze with 109/125 and 20/25.

The Men's No ID classification, reserved for athletes who have not participated in an ISSF international competition in the last five years, awarded Franco Fiorucci of Manziana (RM), gold with 118/125 and 26/30. The silver medal went to Diego Meoni (Fiamme Rosse), of Terni, in second place with 119/125 and 25/30, while third place went to Elia Di Famiano (Marina Militare), of Narni (TR), with 116/125 and 22/25. The podiums in the team events were all Italian. In the Team Men ID, the gold medal went to ITALIA 2, a team composed of Erminio Frasca, Daniele Resca, and Diego Valeri, first with 361/375. Silver went to ITALIA 8, with Simone Roncen, Valentino Curti, and Alessandro Materazzo, with a score of 356/375, while bronze went to ITALIA 1, represented by Mauro De Filippis, Giovanni Pellielo, and Massimo Fabbrizi, with a score of 353/375. Among the ladies, victory went to the LADY 1 team, made up of Erica Sessa, Alessia Iezzi, and Silvana Maria Stanco, who took first place with a score of 350/375. Second place went to LADY 4, with Valentina Panza, Alessandra Della Valle, and Carolina Paganin, with a score of 340/375, while third place went to the LADY 5 team, made up of Sofia Gori, Maria Teresa Giorgia Maccioni, and Giorgia Lenticchia, with a score of 339/375.
Junior Men
In the Junior Men's rankings, first place was taken by ITALIA 12, a trio made up of Luca Gerri, Andrea Diana, and Francesco Tanfoglio, who won with a score of 355/375. They were followed by ITALIA 9, made up of Mirko Alfio Licciardello, Gabriele Barone, and Alessio Giacane, who took silver with a score of 348/375, and MARINA M 1, with Lorenzo Felici, Giuseppe Piscitelli, and Alex Gori, who took bronze with a score of 341/375. In the Para-Trap PT1 functional classification, reserved for wheelchair athletes, gold went to Czech Jaroslav Klimes with a score of 104/125, ahead of his compatriot Martin Bartos, who took silver with a score of 95/125, and Davide Fedrigucci of the Fiamme Oro, from Urbino (PU), who took bronze with a score of 94/125. In PT2, dedicated to athletes with lower limb disabilities, gold was won by Spaniard Ignazio Javier Oloriz Sanz with 110/125, followed by Sandro Guadagnolo of Caltanissetta with 98/125. In PT3, for athletes with upper limb disabilities, Massimiliano Bracci (Army) of Fano (PU), the only athlete competing, finished his event with 104/125 (source: FITAV).
