Luciano Rossi is the new president of the International Shooting Sport Federation (Issf): it was decreed today by the seventieth Assembly of the world's leading shooting body in the elective plenary session in Sharm-El-Sheikh (Egypt). Sixty-eight year old Umbrian from Foligno and current president of the Italian clay pigeon shooting federation (Fitav), Luciano Rossi received 136 votes from the delegates of federations from all over the world, overtaking the outgoing president: the Russian Vladimir Lisin who in 2018 had obtained his first term overtaking precisely the same Rossi only for a handful of votes and who stopped at 127 votes in today's Assembly.
