The “adjectives” for the Beretta semi-automatics There's no shortage of innovations: we've now arrived at the "Suprema" which, 16 years after the A400, the latest evolution of Beretta's gas-operated system, now bears the Ax800 designation. It's an innovative and technologically advanced 12-gauge supermagnum with an 89 mm chamber, designed for waterfowl hunting, and therefore particularly robust and high-performance. This is also evident from the logo, where the "X" is actually a duck in flight. The new semi-auto from the company, which is about to celebrate its 500th anniversary, doubles its distinctive numbering and refines all its salient features in a highly technological-looking body. It's the successor to the latest Xtreme Plus. According to the documentation, the stock is made of technopolymer, as is the receiver, which is additionally reinforced with fiberglass: it requires no oil for protection and maintenance and doesn't freeze.
The heart ofAx800 Suprema It's the B-Link Pro gas-operated system, designed to ensure faster cycling and cleaner operation. According to Beretta, it's 36% faster than any other shotgun in its category and 46% cleaner than any other gas-operated system on the market, thanks to the redesigned combustion gas ports and the non-stick coating on the piston. The well-known rotating bolt, refined for example by the enlarged trigger guard with polymer cover, is capable of cycling any cartridge weight, from 24 gauge and up. Barrel lengths are typically 660, 710, and 760 mm.

Competition rod
For the first time, a hunting shotgun features the Steelium Pro barrel, the one used on the multi-award-winning DT11 over-and-under competition shotgun: shoot further, hit harder, and increase your chances of success against game. The barrel is made of tri-alloy steel, based on a proprietary Beretta recipe, deep-drilling, vacuum-stretched, and cold-hammer forged, with an elongated forging cone. It's also perfect for steel shot, and guarantees unparalleled accuracy, strength, and concentricity between chamber and barrel. The barrel features hand-unscrewable Optimachoke HP choke tubes and a 7x7 mm rib with ramp and two holes for mounting additional accessories. The black version features a Cerakote exterior finish.

Il water gun It must withstand the most adverse weather conditions, and therefore the consistent use of technopolymer for the receiver and stock is striking. The modular receiver design features an integrated interface for mounting a red dot sight, ensuring maximum readiness in any configuration.
The skeletonized stock features the Kick-Off Pro system with hydraulic shock absorbers, designed to reduce recoil by up to 70% and control muzzle climb, resist the elements and perform to its full potential with super magnum ammunition.

The new B-uffer recoil pad offers unprecedented weather resistance and long-lasting durability. Ergonomics and customization are at the highest level: the cheek piece and pistol grip are interchangeable in various sizes, drop and cast are easily adjusted using a single shim system, and the length of the stock itself is adjustable using spacers.

The materials and surfaces in contact with the hunter's body have been designed to ensure a secure grip even in the most difficult conditions. The forend has rubberized inserts.
Great ergonomics
The B-Lok magazine cap is designed to allow for quick rifle disassembly and cleaning much faster than before. It also allows for complete closure with just a 60° rotation, ensuring easy handling in any situation and condition.

The bolt release is enlarged, as is the competition follower which offers unprecedented speed and ease of loading, remaining in the raised position when the bolt is closed, thus allowing for rapid loading of rounds.

Combined with the redesigned trigger shape, featuring a crisper release and faster reset, all controls offer exceptional performance with intuitive, smooth operation.
The overall length is 1.275 mm with a 710 mm barrel, and it weighs 3.500 grams. In Italy, the black version will initially be available for €2.799, and among the eight camouflage paint options available, only the Realtree Max-7 will be available for €3.049.
