A stronger bond
It may not be as generous as the one sung by compare Turiddu in Pietro Mascagni's "Cavalleria Rusticana", but the wine from the Leonardo Specogna Agricultural Company has certainly attracted the attention of a highly prestigious company that is not normally associated with this sector. We are talking about the Pietro Beretta Arms Factory which will now have an even stronger bond with the Friuli Venezia Giulia wine sector.
Impressive numbers
To be even more precise, the Gussalli Beretta family has made a new investment in the winemaking industry, acquiring a 40% stake in the agricultural company based in Corno di Rosazzo, not far from the Slovenian border. In practice, Gardone Val Trompia has been eyeing this winery with interest, boasting 27 hectares of organic vineyards and 150 bottles exported worldwide.
Visibility to be expanded
This is Pietro Gussalli Beretta's comment: “We believe in Michele and Cristian's (Specogna, ed.) project, a benchmark for the great white wines of the Colli Orientali. We are confident that together we can achieve new results and expand our visibility on international markets.".
