Of the more than 50 amendments submitted by Lista Bettoni, Lega Nord, and PDL, 16 changes were made to the original text approved by the Council and hotly debated within the majority. Of these, only three were deemed valid by the Provincial Attorney's Office, which presented a negative opinion based on the rulings of the Administrative Court and regional and European directives. This position does not satisfy the authors of the amendments, particularly Vittorio Milesi (Lista Bettoni) and Matteo Malighetti (Lega Nord).
