This was written by the Honorable Michela Vittoria Brambilla in a certified email sent to the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, and his administration.
The Brambilla Law

“I therefore ask you,” concludes the head of LEIDAA (Italian League for the Defense of Animals and the Environment), “taking into account the above, to authorize LEIDAA to prepare and carry out, at no cost to the Province, the transfer of M49 to the Romanian shelter.”
