The 2026 edition of the #CVAContest , the photography competition organized by Caccia Passione in collaboration with F.lli Redolfi, concluded with great participation. The competition was created to promote hunting photography through images capable of narrating the authentic relationship between hunters, the environment, and wildlife.
After three months of submissions, hundreds of published photographs, and thousands of votes cast by users on the contest's official platform, the winners of the two categories provided for by the rules have been announced.
First prize chosen by the technical jury
Luca Rovereti won the first overall prize with a photographic work that won over the technical jury for the high quality of the image, the originality of the shot and the ability to sensitively interpret the theme of the competition, “The Essence of Hunting – Moments, details and emotions between man and nature”.

The jury awarded a photograph that captured the hunter's profound connection to the natural environment, emphasizing the principles of ethics, sustainability, and respect for wildlife that inspired this year's contest.
The winner will receive a prestigious gift voucher for a CVA Cascade Wideland Camo .308 bolt action rifle , a prize offered by the initiative's partner.
The CVA Cascade Wideland Camo .308 caliber represents the Italian debut of the CVA brand , distributed by Redolfi Armi : a modern, reliable bolt action designed to offer high-level performance on the field.
Audience Award for the most voted work
The community award went to Luca Proietti with a photograph dedicated to his assistant, which was the most appreciated by registered users, who cast their votes through the "Heart" system on the competition platform.

For him, a 100 euro shopping voucher to be used on Caccia Shopping , intended for the author of the work that has received the greatest public approval.
A competition that tells the true hunting culture
The success of the #CVAContest confirms how photography represents an extraordinary tool for narrating modern hunting culture, made of authentic emotions, responsible land management, and respect for nature.
Caccia Passione would like to thank all the hunters and non-hunters who participated in the contest, the users who contributed with their votes, and our partner F.lli Redolfi for their support of the initiative.
The next edition is already on the agenda, with the aim of continuing to showcase the images that best interpret the passion, technique, and ethics of hunting through the power of photography.
