A unique fusion between nature and hunting cuisine, at Caccia Village 2024 another novelty that adds to its already rich calendar of events: a bushcraft “Wild Food”, with special participation, Monday 13 May at 12, the chef Davide Nanni, known widely to the social and television audience as the chef with the motto #jsowild. An unmissable event created in collaboration with Fondazione UNA, which will support the chef with Renata Briano to promote food education on wild meat supply chains.
At Caccia Village the experience of a true immersion in Wild Cuisine
This new space will celebrate the art of bushcraft and wild cooking, promising enthusiasts a compelling culinary experience, with live fire show cooking in a suggestive and scenic setting. In the heart of Caccia Village, the “Wild Food & Bushcraft” area will be a stage where the natural habitat recreated ad hoc will be the kitchen and the meeting place for forest products. Chef Davide Nanni, the absolute protagonist of bushcraft, will guide spectators through a journey of culinary discovery, exploring wild ingredients and authentic, ancestral cooking techniques.
The live fire cooking shows, at the center of this experience, will not only be a demonstration of culinary skill, but also a return to the roots, a way to reconnect with the purest essence of food and its preparation.
Each dish will tell a story, each flavor will open the door to a wild adventure and will help make the public aware and appreciate the extraordinary properties of wild meat.
