"Wild Food" is undoubtedly one of the most interesting thematic areas of2022 edition of Caccia Village, the event scheduled in less than a month in Bastia Umbra (Perugia) and dedicated to hunting, sport shooting and open air. From the 13 15 May next, UmbriaFiere will host this exhibition entirely dedicated to the world of hunted and spontaneous food. Chefs, collectors, exponents of the hunting world, nutritionists and journalists they will be compared to talk, from a new point of view, of game, game, tubers, roots and wild herbs.
Many micro events have been organized in collaboration with the Franchi Food Academy and the UNA Foundation (Man, Nature, Environment). There will also be cooking shows with established chefs such as Paolo Trippini, Marco Lagrimino, Giancarlo Polito, Lorenzo Cantoni, Giacomo Ramacci and many others. There will be plenty of points dedicated to catering with Brado, a highly successful catering project based on the use of game and game, without forgetting the talks and debates with the participation of the journalist Martina Liverani, author for the Red shrimp of an article dedicated to the ethics of hunted food.
"Wild Food" will deal closely and in a practical way, important issues such as food safety, traceability of supply chains and proper nutrition, but also the potential development of local micro-economy generated by this induced. Among other things, a real manifesto of the wild food to increase awareness of its nutritional, organoleptic and health qualities as well as its ethics.
