A European branded Flakes Ammunition: this is the verdict of the European Shooting Championships, celebrated on the platforms of Lonato from 3 to 17 September 2019. 17 medals were won by the athletes of the Fiocchi team: an absolute record, which confirms the Lecco house at the highest levels of sport. The first medals came from the women's Trap, where the Italian Jessica Rossi won the Silver, the San Marino Alessandra Perilli won Bronze and Olympic quota for Tokyo 2020. Among the juniors, Silver for the blue Sofia Littamè, who confirms herself as one of the brightest promises among young shooters.
In the men's Trap, the British Aaron Heading won Silver and Olympic share, the Italian Mauro de Filippis was awarded the Bronze. Among the juniors, silver for another talent of the Olympic Pit: the blue Lorenzo Ferrari. Mauro De Filippis, Giovanni Pellielo and Valerio Grazini give Italy Gold in the men's team competition: a 100% Fiocchi Munizioni medal. Bronze for the British Abbey Ling in the women's team competition. Two medals also come from the Trap Mixed Team, the new discipline in force from Tokyo 2020: Jessica Rossi and Mauro De Filippis win Bronze, Gold for the juniors Sofia Littamè and Lorenzo Ferrari.
Fiocchi athletes are also absolute protagonists in Double Trap: among men he is a real en plain, thanks to Daniele Di Spigno (Gold), Ignazio Maria Tronca (Silver), Andrea Vescovi (Bronze). Among women, it is Gold for Claudia De Luca, Silver for Sofia Maglio. Gold also among the juniors, with Jacopo Duprè De Foresta climbing on the highest step of the podium in Lonato del Garda.
