One of the many difficulties of the hunting world
The protest spreads across social media. Another of the difficulties of the hunting world was highlighted by the Regional Federcaccia of Lombardy, who in a note explained what new problems hunters will face when paying taxes to practice their activity. In a world in which there are many hunters with several candles now blown out, they will find 3 different payment methods for the renewal of their hunting license.
Cost details
For the government concession tax the 173,16 euros will be paid by postal slip, for the regional one of 64,56 euros it is necessary to pay with Pago Pa and for the booklet a cost of 1,27 euros to be paid by bank transfer, taking against that each Police Headquarters has its own current account. Surely these are 3 different methods for as many payments to the public administration which complicate the hunter's life.
The gaffe of Meteo Beccaccia
Bitter laughter, however, comes from woodcock hunting enthusiasts. The Lombardy Region, through the Ersaf body, published the usual weekly Meteo Beccaccia bulletin last January 2nd which gave the green light to hunting in all the Provinces until January 8th. Nothing new so far, for an initiative that in the last two hunting seasons takes shape in the months of December and January. It's a shame that woodcock hunting has been closed since January 1st, following the ruling by the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court which declared it to stop until December 31st. The Lombardy Region then corrected itself, stating in the email sent to all those who signed up to the Beccaccia Weather Bulletin mailing list that no more events are expected until the end of January (source: FIDC Lombardy).
