The presence of Buconi
The Regional Council met in Catania on 31 May Federcaccia Sicily which saw the prestigious presence of the National President of Federcaccia Massimo Buconi, who, less than a month after his re-election, chose Sicily for his first official visit. President Buconi was welcomed by Giuseppe La Russa, Regional President of Federcaccia Sicilia, accompanied by the Presidents of the Provincial Sections and by the Regional Representative of the Federcaccia Hunting Coordination Rebecca D'Antoni.
The topics covered
In the conference room of the International Airport Hotel in Catania, the Regional Council was able to address the various issues inherent to the hunting world. President Buconi, with cordiality, supervised the work of the Regional Council by giving proactive work inputs which were immediately implemented and which will see the Regional Council, under the direction of the Regional President Giuseppe La Russa, engaged at the forefront on the "Hare" project Italica” and on the wild rabbit census. Another important topic covered was that of the 2024/2025 membership campaign, highlighting that Federcaccia offers a wide choice of association and insurance services for every need, as it has one of the best insurance policies. Furthermore, President Buconi informed the Regional Council about the discussion, simultaneously at the National Hunting Faunistic Committee, of the Hunting Calendar of the Sicily Region.
Support and attention
Buconi, satisfied with the linear conduct of the work, thanked the Regional President La Russa and all those present, reassuring those present that Federcaccia Nazionale will never lack support and attention to the issues that will be implemented in Sicily by Federcaccia.
