Significant Recognitions
An important acknowledgment for Federcaccia Campania which was awarded the honor "The President of the Year" in the person of the Regional President Avv. Modestino Bianco with the following motivation: "For the profuse commitment to disseminate the values and traditions of the FIDC which led it to obtain the best result in terms of increase in members during the 2021 membership". A very significant acknowledgment that particularly rewards the work of provincial and local managers who, with their daily commitment in the field and "de visu" have made it possible to achieve this important milestone. In the same venue, the President of the Assembly in the person of the Provincial President of Sassari Mario Azara and the National President Massimo Buconi granted the opportunity to speak to two representatives of FIdC Campania. The first to intervene was Eng. Felice Argenio representing FIdC Avellino who gave a speech arguing on various points.
Annual report
In the first instance, he complimented the Federation for the meeting documents produced and for the importance of the studies carried out which consist of a detailed research which will be published soon and in the drafting of the social balance sheet, expressing his complete agreement, as these projects denote the ability of the association to produce such articulated studies and concluded on this subject by apologizing for the southern regions which took little part in the definition of the social balance sheet which in future forecasts must become the true association balance sheet, finally complimenting the company which in a way capillary and technique outlined it. The second note concerned the thanks to the National President for having maintained the commitment that he had made during the Elective Assembly regarding the regularization of the economic and fiscal management of the Association. Another theme of Argenio's intervention concerned the administrative appeals to the TAR of which the hunting calendars of some Italian regions have fallen victim.
Sectoral associations
“We have to get out of the courtrooms because this attitude is not good for hunters or for the Regions because tears are created with the Regions and in the post-unfavorable sentences the relative Heads of Cabinet reproach our conduct; an attitude that has reached the limit and that we can no longer maintain especially in light of the fact that the Council of State, to date, adheres exclusively to the precautionary principle." These are the words of the Avellino manager who, however, did not simply claim this practice but revealed what could be the solution, i.e. moving ISPRA and the competence of wildlife from the Ministry of the Environment to that of Agriculture because this is a choice of technical rigor / scientific as the bulk of wildlife moves in anthropized territory where the human condition still exists and in this regard he also underlined the need to review Law 157/92. Another topic dealt with was the need for the Federation to field its specialties through sectoral associations such as the sectoral one on wild boar, the improvement of the sectoral one on migration and a further enhancement of the Alpine areas. In summary, Argenio proposed to undertake an implementation process, giving much more strength to the sectoral ones.
Greater collaboration
Argenio concluded his speech by reserving a greeting to the former national vice president Antonio D'Angelo who is going through a delicate period due to complications in his health conditions. The second intervention was that of Dr. Carmelo Violante, who in the role of national deputy coordinator of the Youth of Federcaccia first thanked the Federation for the opportunity granted and for the results achieved and then brought to the attention of the Assembly and FIdC two proposals shared by the Youth Coordination; the first on communication for which it was proposed to organize themed meetings with the provincial, regional and national managers with the Studies and Research Office to disseminate news on the projects carried out and the research carried out in a more capillary way at the local level as well as on the data obtained, the latter being very important in the various regions for defending hunting calendars and for guaranteeing legal certainty for all hunters. The above would also provide for greater collaboration between the Youth Coordination and the Communication Office for a greater diffusion of our federal activities and of all the news concerning the hunting activity.
Other proposals
The second proposal concerns the training of managers with meetings held by technicians and professionals even from outside our world who can however deepen the already precious knowledge of the current managerial framework, but train in terms of environmental and wildlife management, politics and hunting representation as well as management of the Association the young managers of FIdC who represent the future of our Federation. Also present at the Assembly were the Councilor of the National Presidency Prof. Andrea Ferrara and the Provincial President of FIDC Salerno Luigi Spera. In video connection the provincial presidents of Caserta and Naples, Dr. Valerio Toscano and Giovanni De Stefano. (CAMPANIA FEDERCACCIA)
