Olympic pit
The Azzurra Olympic Trench season officially opens with the first technical meeting. From yesterday until Sunday, March 1st, the Tav Umbriaverde-Todi of Massa Martana (PG) will host the Italian Team, the Italian National Team, and the Junior Team, a total of eighteen male and sixteen female shooters, who, under the guidance of Technical Director Marco Conti, will lay the foundations to best face the international events that await them in 2026. On the platforms of the Umbrian facility, there will also be, for support, Federal Coach Fabrizio Satolli and Physiotherapist Aldo Humberto Bionda.

First official step
"This training camp represents the first official step of the new season. On this occasion, I will have the opportunity to evaluate the fitness of each of the athletes selected and outline the guidelines they will follow throughout the year," Conti explained. "2026 will award the first Olympic Charters for the 2028 Los Angeles Games, and everyone, from myself to all the athletes, will do their utmost to ensure they attend this crucial event.
