On the morning of Saturday 4 November, immediately after having performed the muscle activation, the teachers, technicians and athletes of the Youth Sector will follow a lesson in the classroom and then continue with stretching sessions, joint mobility and strengthening exercises. respiratory mechanics. In the afternoon of this first day the schedule includes a greeting from the federal Vice President Paolo Fiori, a theory session in the classroom and then exercises for proprioception and circuit training. Federal teachers and technicians will then follow another theoretical session in the classroom which will complete the day's work. On the morning of Sunday 5 November, after the usual muscle activation, the teachers, technicians, male and female athletes will conclude the course by undergoing pre-athletic exercises on the field to test specific general resistance.
