An interesting seminar
In the context of the collaboration between the Italian Hunting Federation and theCa 'Foscari University of Venice, we would like to point out an interesting seminar organized as part of the Master in Administration and Management of Wildlife and the Master in Protection and Management of Water Resources, on the DNSH principle or "do not cause significant damage to the environment in the ecological transition", which is underlying the current implementation policies of the European Green Deal and sustainable investments.
Date and time of the event
The meeting, presented and introduced by Prof. Marco Olivi, Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Venice, will take place remotely on Friday 1 December 2023 from 14.30pm to 18.00pm, subject to registration.
An unclear application
The implementation of the DNSH principle has not yet been defined by law in the substantive parameters as well as in the procedural methods of assessment and control. Only several circulars deal with it which, however, does not make its application certain, both in general and in the particular context of PNRR financing.
