It was a day dedicated to sport, training and discovery for twenty-five students of the “M. Polo – R. Bonghi” Higher Education Institute of Assisi (PG), protagonists yesterday, Tuesday 10 February, of a full immersion in the values, dynamics and notions of the competitive discipline of Skeet shootingThe students from the Umbrian school were guests at the Tav Olimpico Foligno (PG), a facility that involved them in an exciting experience between the classroom and the platform, introducing them to a world completely unknown to many of them.
The meeting is part of the Linea Verde project, a promotional initiative aimed at schools that aims to disseminate and promote the educational value of clay pigeon shooting, creating opportunities for young people throughout Italy to participate in sporting activities.
The event unfolded in two main, complementary moments: an initial theoretical introductory phase, dedicated to explaining the fundamental principles and rules of the discipline, and a second practical part on the platform, where students were able to experience firsthand the sensations and emotions generated by testing themselves with a moving clay (source: FITAV).
