Regional communication
As reported by FIDC UCT – Federcaccia Toscana Unione Cacciatori Toscani, from a communication received from the Offices of the Tuscany Region, it must be remembered that the activation of the collection of the Lapwing species it is provided for by DGR 1501/2025 starting from the date of publication on the BURT of the communications indicated by the Resolution itself, relating to the opinions of ISPRA and the CTFVN.
Waiting for the publication
The communication, after the deadlines set by article 18 of Law 157 of 1992 (the part of the legislation regarding huntable species and hunting periods) had elapsed, was sent to the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region and is currently awaiting publication.
The next days
This is the note made public by the same FIDC UCT – Federcaccia Toscana Unione Cacciatori Toscani: “We will inform you of the publication in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region and the official date on which it will be possible to carry out the sampling.".
