A pronunciation that clarifies
Fortunately, sentences often manage to fix some situations that seem truly absurd. This happened to a judo teacher who got his back hunting license, but only after the ruling by the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court of Brescia and its appeal. In fact, he had been denied the gun license due to a delicate matter, to say the least.
Custody dispute
This person was training a little girl, accompanied by her mother, with the same woman who had asked the teacher not to entrust her for any reason in the world to her ex-husband with whom a stormy custody dispute was underway. During the lesson the man actually showed up, demanding to leave with the minor, thus starting an argument and the following scuffle.
Prohibition incorrectly interpreted
The episode resulted in a complaint from both parties, both of which were later withdrawn, but it was enough to deny the judo teacher a hunting license. What made everything paradoxical was the error on a ban on possession of weapons relating to this person, initially considered to be equal to 6 years but instead quantifiable in 2 months. The TAR judges thus clarified and annulled the provision.
