Since 09.12.2013, Italians have been on the street to express their legitimate irritation at a state that no longer represents its people, made up of corrupt politicians, nothing doing bureaucrats and idolaters of trifles. The People are hungry for justice, work and freedom and our useless representatives think only of their caste needs and to enrich themselves behind our backs. We are the paroxysmal absurdity of witnessing events, such as:
Workers who receive starvation fees and politicians who think about the needs of animals;
People forced to live, with their families, on a meager pension of 280 euros per month while the kennels, often managed by voluntary associations, receive up to 5 euros per day for each dog - therefore 150 per month per animal;
People who have lost their jobs, homes and families and representatives of Parliament who think of free health care for pets, to close circuses, to ban the slaughter of horses or to abrogate the Palio di Siena (other people in the midst of a in short);
Politicians who are immortalized in photos with their animal friends, well combed, well-groomed and even dressed - with sweaters and shoes - while ordinary people are unable to pay school bus fees to send their children to school or buy them a coat for the winter;
Millions of euros thrown away with subsidies for projects, to say the least, imaginative to fund voluntary associations, in the name of senseless and inhuman animalism, while entrepreneurs and workers commit suicide due to a crisis not wanted by them but by the power games of States, Governments and Banks;
Farmers brought to the brink by unfair competition, with imports of agricultural products from countries where labor costs one twentieth of the Italian one and where there is no control over the chemicals used and our politicians, neglected representatives of a reality surreal, they offer us imaginative solutions made of empty words;
We will retire at 70 (after a life of hardship and work) they are already retired, by grace received, already from the first day they entered Parliament, with an annuity of 2.000 euros - just for sitting a day on the high seats of power, mind you.
The Italian Hunting Union cannot accept this state of affairs, it cannot close its eyes to so much suffering, therefore, for what it's worth, it gives full support to the demonstrators who are in the square to claim the right to live and declares itself alongside of all those movements, made up of ordinary people (farmers, workers, unemployed, students, etc.) who today are there to express their indignation and their disapproval of a political class that if it had a little dignity and self-love he would have already made the mea culpa and given his resignation some time ago.
