Excellence of the hunting school
While the trials for the Practical Hunting specialty continue today, Sunday 19 October, the first extraordinary results for the Italian team are arriving at the World Championship of Sant'Uberto, which takes place in a single day and took place yesterday, with 22 nations participating. The Italian athletes confirmed the excellence of our hunting and dog training school, achieving significant successes in various categories.

In the individual standings, Marco Teribint became the World Champion, leading Italy to the top step of the podium. The Italian team also achieved an excellent second place in the team standings, just behind Serbia.
“Ladies” Category
Our female representatives also achieved great satisfaction: Nunzia Salpietro achieved a prestigious third place individually, contributing to the Italian team's brilliant second-place finish, behind France.
“Spaniels” Category
Italy dominated the spaniels with a splendid victory by Elio Mascheretti, the new individual World Champion, and the Italian team taking first place overall in the team rankings. These results demonstrate the technical prowess and passion that distinguish our athletes and their assistants, a source of pride for the entire Italian Hunting Federation. The entire sports management of the Italian Hunting Federation expressed great satisfaction with these Championships, starting with selector Paolo Pini, delegate Aldo Pompetti, coordinator Luigi Chiappetta, Cosimo Colucci, and Fabrizio Muccioli (source: FIDC).
