World Champions with extraordinary performances by the 4 pairs, all classified in the top 8 places, Alessandro Moccia with Vikar, second individually, Mauro Del Gaudio with Xavier, Stefano Grassi with Unico and Elisabetta Prederi with Maximiliam.
The history of the breed
The Dobermann is the only breed in Germany that bears the name of its famous first breeder: FL Dobermann (2.1.1834 – 9.6.1894). According to tradition, Dobermann was a tax collector, slaughterhouse manager and, occasionally, even a municipal employee legally authorized to capture stray dogs. It was from these specimens that he chose particularly biting subjects for his breeding.
Typical breeding
The Dobermann kennel is looking for a medium-sized dog, with a strong build, muscular, and which, despite all its substance, stands out for a silhouette full of elegance and distinction. It must have all the qualities of a companion, protection, utility and family dog (source: ENCI).
