Last week there was talk of two regional councilors from Liguria, Stephanie Pucciarelli e Andrea Costa, regarding the management ofTerritorial area of hunting of La Spezia. After a few days the La Spezia hunters are again protagonists, given that, as announced by the municipal section of the Hunting Federation, a topic to be explored is that of Montemarcello Magra Vara Park, a protected area that includes the Caprione promontory, the lower course of the Magra river and the lower and middle course of the Vara river.
According to the association, the hunting world of La Spezia has had to suffer for seven years severe discrimination compared to other hunters residing in common bari, including Ameglia, Carrodano, Lerici and Sesta Godano. The latter have the possibility to access the contiguous areas of the regional park, while the La Spezia people do not. Despite the provisions of the Framework Law on Protected Areas, this anomaly came to light in 2010, but discrimination has not yet been resolved.
Councilor Costa presented his initiatives regarding this park during the last one board of directors of the Federcaccia spezzina: the project aimed at eliminating the anomaly promises well, therefore positive news is awaited with some anxiety.
