Hunting: Liguria, Francesco Bruzzone demonstrates at the state border between Italy and France to focus attention on the regulatory disparities in hunting between the two countries.
The leader of the Lega Nord in the Regional Council of Liguria met yesterday afternoon, February 26 at around 17.40 pm, together with representatives of hunting associations and hunters, near Ponte San Luigi in Ventimiglia (IM), on the border between Italy and France, for a political initiative aimed at highlighting the regulatory differences between the two countries. “Is this Europe or is it a joke?”, The Regional Councilor asks provocatively. “Ours is a symbolic demonstration, to highlight an absurdity, and the choice of the state border is not accidental. From hunting silence to the duration of the hunting season, Italy and France are light years apart, despite the few meters that separate them and the fact that they are both part of the European Union ”.
Bruzzone then concluded, “This Europe, like this, is filthy. It is not permissible for these regulatory disparities to exist. We demonstrate to defend the rights of hunters and against these normative paradoxes. We do not accept that situations like these exist, just as we will not accept that, next year, the shame relating to the hunting calendar that occurred in recent months will be repeated ”.
