Hunting: Liguria, Bruzzone satisfied with the sentence of the Council of State which declares inadmissible the appeal of the environmental associations regarding the Hunting Wildlife Plan.
Satisfaction of Francesco Bruzzone with the decision of the Council of State, which declared inadmissible the appeal of the Associations regarding the guidelines for wildlife planning. "The umpteenth instrumental and unfounded attempt to create problems for the performance ofhunting activity in Liguria he was unmasked by the Council of State ". Thus Francesco Bruzzone, hunter and Regional Councilor of the Northern League in Liguria, comments on what has been decided by the Council of State in recent days.
In fact, the Council of State with its sentence no. 01817/2014 on 17/11/2014, declared inadmissible the appeal presented by the environmental associations VAS and WWF against the sentence of the TAR Liguria section II n. 1279/2013 concerning the approval of the regional guidelines for provincial hunting wildlife planning issued by the Liguria Region.
"I express satisfaction with this outcome, - continues Bruzzone - the sentence imposed on VAS and WWF for the payment of the costs of the two levels of trial liquidated in a total of 5 thousand euros, which must be paid by the environmental associations to the Region, is a clear signal of how also the administrative justice begins to show suffering towards the instrumental use of inadmissible and unfounded appeals promoted on numerous occasions in recent years.
“The wildlife plans of the Ligurian provinces therefore remain fully valid and the hunting season will continue without further hitches. And also the questions of constitutional legitimacy that WWF and VAS would have liked to have been raised by the administrative judges regarding the regional laws of Liguria on hunting, the environment and fires have lapsed ”, concludes the Regional Councilor Francesco Bruzzone.
