In my humble opinion it was enough that the law 26/93 of Lombardy, instead of bringing the members of the management committees to 10 (previously there were 20 in the ATC) established that the representatives of the hunting associations in the management committees, was composed as follows: if assigned 2 representatives, for the majority hunting association, as a majority prize, while it assigned 1 representative for each recognized hunting association present in the territory in an organized form, so that the number of hunters present in the management committees should not be less than 5, doing so all or almost all the hunting associations were represented.
Maybe the assignment criterion was too simple ???
