The defense of the hunting calendar
The Council of State accepted, with Order 7861/22, the appeal of some Environmental/Animalist Associations proposed against the order of the Marche TAR n. 343/2022 (another appeal presented by the same Associations to boycott the Calendar of the current hunting season). Arci Caccia Marche has formed itself in defense of the Hunting Calendar also in this circumstance. To represent our interests and those of the hunters of the Marches was the lawyer. Osvaldo Lucciarini whom we thank for the work done.
The moves of the regional council
Following the decision of the Council of State, following close contacts with the regional offices and in the light of reassurances regarding the adoption of all the necessary acts to guarantee the continuation of the hunting season - albeit with the limitations imposed by the ordinance of the CdS - we considered to wait for the Regional Council to approve the promised DGR; this in order not to provide hasty and inaccurate information that could have generated unnecessary concern and confusion on the part of the hunters.
Withdrawal times
We also thank Assessor Antonini, the Regional Managers, Officials and Technicians who worked competently and quickly to restore continuity to the Hunting Season, certain also that what is necessary will soon be adopted to guarantee collection times for thrushes, Woodcock and Anatidae on the dates identified in the Calendar (Arci Caccia Marche).
