A bolt from the blue
One of the best, if not the best hunting calendar in Italy. The text relating to Marche it has often been defined in this way, it is a pity that every year the animal rights activists get involved with appeals which punctually (unfortunately) hit the mark. A clear testimony of this is what the Regional Administrative Court decided in the last few hours, which blocked the pre-opening of the hunt as regards mallards, teals, garganeys and quail.
The reasons of the TAR
Why did the judges of the TAR express themselves in this way? In a nutshell, one immediately realizes how the pre-opening withdrawal has been prohibited in the case of the species for which theISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) he had given his negative opinion. The fact that the animal rights appeal was presented close to the hunting season has practically tied the hands to the TAR, forced to convene the first council chamber too far away from the pre-opening dates.
How the pre-opening in the Marche will take place
