Oliver lights up a smile
On Monday 22 February 2026, so just under a week ago, on the hills of Monteverdi Marittimo (province of Pisa), there was a Practical Hunting Canine Verification which combined passion, expertise, and a big heart. Thanks to the organizers' commitment, the support of many local organizations, and the contribution of the UNA Foundation, €1.000 was raised and donated to the Cecina-based nonprofit organization "Oliver lights up a smile."
Pediatric oncology and more
The association provides social and health care support to families with children in need. It also works in pediatric oncology wards with its "Overnauts," ward clowns who bring smiles where they are most needed.
Concrete commitment
A day also dedicated to the memory of Aldo Tafi and Gianni D'Ambrogio, in keeping with the hunting community's most authentic values: respect, responsibility, and humanity. Modern dog breeding once again demonstrates its commitment to not only skill and tradition, but also a concrete commitment to the local community and those most in need (UNA Foundation).
