Yet another postponement
The Second Permanent Commission met yesterday, chaired by its President Armandino D'Egidio. The Commission, after hearing a representative of Department II of the Regional Council, unanimously expressed a positive opinion on the proposal for a further deferral of the Hunting Wildlife Plan 2016-2021, presented by the Regional Council. The Commission also asked the competent structure of the same Department II to receive appropriate updates on the progress of the new Wildlife Plan. The provision now passes to the final examination of the Regional Council.
The hearings
As regards the examination of the topics concerning, one, "Adoption of the regional forestry plan of the Molise region following the positive outcome of the SEA procedure - Start of approval process", and the other, "Program complement for the Rural Development (CSR) 2023-2027 of the Molise Region - Approval of CSR Version 1", both proposed by the Regional Council, the Commissioners heard Dr. Mario Cuculo, Director of the Service responsible for the subject matter of the II Department.
The next sessions
For both administrative acts, which will be examined further in the next sessions, President D'Egidio has appointed, in accordance with the Regulations for the functioning of the Assembly, speakers: for the first, himself, for the second the Roman Councilor. Finally, for the proposed law no. 6, on the initiative of the regional councilors Primiani, Greco and Gravina, concerning "Circulation of tax credits for energy efficiency", the President of D'Egidio appointed Councilor Di Baggio as rapporteur.
