The note
In a note, the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, commented on the recent approval of the so-called Mountain Bill which reinstated, among other things, hunting in mountain passes.
Appropriate tools
These are his words: "With the approval of the mountain bill, normality is restored and adequate and timely tools for regulating hunting activity in mountain passes are introduced into the legal system."
Regulation of hunting activity
Lollobrigida then added: "The EU Birds Directive will thus be fully implemented, and the territories will have the opportunity to apply it effectively: safeguarding nature and wildlife and efficiently regulating hunting activities. It has been a great effort by the united center-right, against ideologies, to restore normality" (Source: MASAF).
