Flakes GroupFiocchi, a global small-caliber ammunition manufacturer based in Italy and part of the global industrial and technology group Czechoslovak Group (CSG), announces the appointment of Alexander Ruestig as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At the same time, Hannes Dikhoff joins the management team as Civil Market Sales & Marketing Director. The Fiocchi Group, which includes Fiocchi Munizioni, the Baschieri & Pellagri brand, and the British company Lyalvale Express, is part of CSG's Ammo+ division. Both appointments are part of the strategy to strengthen Fiocchi's organizational and managerial structure. Alexander Ruestig has extensive experience in senior roles at leading international companies, primarily German, operating in the ammunition and automotive sectors. His appointment is aimed at consolidating Fiocchi's excellent performance in Italy and further developing its results in Europe and globally.
Prestigious CV
Hannes Dikhoff is a manager with over twenty years of experience in the ammunition industry. Before joining the Fiocchi Group, he served as Director of Ammunition at Blaser Group GmbH. Reporting directly to CEO Alexander Ruestig, Dikhoff will be responsible for sales of the Fiocchi and Baschieri & Pellagri brands in the civilian markets. He will also have direct responsibility for the Area Managers and Customer Service teams operating in Lecco, where Fiocchi Munizioni is based, and in Castenaso, where Baschieri & Pellagri's production is based. He will also be responsible for implementing the new distribution strategy of the Ammo+ division for the distribution of Fiocchi and Kinetic Group civilian products outside the United States and Canada.
