Turin-based distributor Paganini showed up at EOS Show 2026 with a wide range of new products, including semi-automatic rifles from Adler, a Turkish company founded in Konya in 2007. The Ad-500 series is the ideal choice for those new to wild boar hunting: chambered in the all-purpose .308 Winchester caliber with a 510 mm barrel, it has a gas-operated repeating system and is compact and easy to handle.
Feeding from a double-stack technopolymer magazine with a capacity of 5 cartridges, the Adler AD500 is available in various stock configurations, always with a pistol grip profile and pronounced beak: from the classic wooden model (Ad500W) to three variants of the polymer one, respectively in dark grey (Ad-500 St), black (Ad-500 S) and camouflage (Ad-500 Cs).

The receiver is constructed of light alloy with flat profiles and square lines. A Picatinny rail is fitted as standard and allows for the attachment of any type of optical or electronic riflescope.
All models are equipped with a set of sights consisting of an adjustable rear sight with high-visibility fiber optic inserts and a red fiber ramp front sight. The muzzle is threaded for mounting a flash hider, with a screw-on protective cap.

Detail of the buttstock of the synthetic model photographed here: square lines, double sling attachment. A padded sling is also included in the package, along with quick-release slings and tools for disassembly, which is still fairly simple. The drop and cast can also be adjusted using standard plates, which are also included.

The Adler AD 500 rifle weighs 3.400 grams and has a length of 1.100 mm. The retail price is very attractive: 848 euros for the basic model.
