The mayors who are part of the municipalities of the Sicilian park of the Madonie will have the ability to contain the wild boars with specific killing ordinances. As disclosed by Magda Culotta, mayor of Pollina, there was a summit between the mayors of the area and Angelo Pizzuto, president of the natural park which includes a good part of the provincial territory of Palermo.
