Having experienced various attempts to reach an agreement, aimed at obtaining the modification, but all of them proved to be in vain, there was therefore only the road to administrative justice. ANUU Migrationists, Italcaccia, FIDC, Enalcaccia, EPS, ANLC, representing almost all Piedmontese hunters, and a large number of Territorial Hunting Areas (ATC) and Alpine Districts (CA) of the Piedmont Region, thus turned to the well-known Turin lawyer Avv. Prof: Paolo Scaparone who in the last year had already inflicted very heavy defeats on the administrators of Piazza Castello in the so-called "rock partridge" affair, definitively closed with a crushing double victory of the applicants over the Region, also sentenced to compensate the costs and pay any damages.
The undersigned Hunting Associations have conferred with Councilor Giorgio Ferrero, communicating their intention to take legal action, but at the same time signaling their willingness to continue negotiations that may lead to modification and improvement of the hunting calendar. If an agreement deemed satisfactory for the Piedmontese hunters is reached, the appeal will be immediately withdrawn, otherwise it will be up to the Piedmontese TAR to express itself again to settle the matter.
