AnuuMigratoristi, Federcaccia Piemonte, Enalcaccia, Game Producers Authority e Free Hunt together they reiterated their opposition toArticle 32 of Bill 143, ie the one that rationalizes i management committees of the Territorial Areas of Hunting and the Alpine Districts in Piedmont. The most controversial sentence of the article is that according to which the Regional Council entrusts the management of multiple ATCs and CAs to a single committee. The hunting associations are convinced that all this will not lead to any kind of savings, indeed the opposite effect will be obtained.
Furthermore, the Hunting Law would have been violated, in particular the principles that they bind the hunter to his territory to facilitate proper management. This is why there is this clear opposition to the committees "spread" over very large and often non-homogeneous areas. Associations rely on the provisions of the Constitutional Court in Tuscany. According to the Consulta, the sub-areas and mergers are not legitimate as they betray the will of the legislator to want distribute the hunters in a balanced way on the territory.
As stated in the joint press release, environmental protection is a state prerogative, therefore the Piedmont Region cannot adopt initiatives such as the one we are discussing. The associations are convinced that no future redefinition of surfaces and boundaries is necessary of Areas and Districts and have expressly requested the excerpt of the article.
