Serious and irreparable damage
The Piedmont Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has ruled to partially grant the precautionary request, and as a result, to suspend only the hunting calendar prescriptions for the "lark" species, insofar as it provides for a number of birds that can be killed that exceeds that indicated in the ISPRA opinion, and for the "rock ptarmigan" species, insofar as it permits hunting in violation of the ISPRA opinion, taking into account the existence of serious and irreparable damage to the interest in protecting the aforementioned species.
The season continues regularly
The Piedmont Regional Administrative Court itself rejected the remainder of the precautionary measure. The hunting season can therefore continue regularly according to the originally scheduled calendar for all other species.
