Management measures
By Decree of the President of the Province of Alessandria number 237 of 13 November 2024, the provisions for the recognition of expense reimbursements to subjects with the requirements and skills to collaborate in the activities and actions envisaged in the measures for the management, control and numerical reduction of wild boars for the year 2024 were approved.
The stakeholders
The new provision concerns the subjects interested in the recognition of the reimbursement of expenses, aware of the criminal sanctions, provided for in the case of untruthful declarations and falsity in the documents, and of the consequent forfeiture of the benefits possibly resulting from the provision issued on the basis of the untruthful declaration, pursuant to articles 75 and 76 of the Presidential Decree of 28 December 2000, n. 445 (Consolidated text of legislative and regulatory provisions on administrative documentation).
