The regional circuits
Another weekend of regional activities for the FITAV Regional Summer Championships brought a lively atmosphere to the Italian shooting ranges, bringing a total of 142 shooters to the shooting ranges on Saturday, August 1st and Sunday, August 2nd. The regional circuits involved five ranges in five regions, with four events dedicated to Universal Trench and one Propeller event. The highest participation rate was recorded at the TAV Castanea (ME), in Sicily, where 62 specialists competed in the Propeller event.
The program
The Gualdo Tadino (PG) TAV in Umbria ranked second in terms of participation, welcoming 26 Universal Trench shooters, the main event. Another weekend of regional activity featured the FITAV Regional Summer Championships, which attracted a total of 142 shooters to the Italian shooting ranges on Saturday, August 1st and Sunday, August 2nd. The program involved five shooting ranges in five regions, with four Universal Trench events and one Propeller event.

The largest number of participants was at TAV Castanea (ME), in Sicily, where 62 specialists competed in the Propeller competition. The second-largest number of participants was at TAV Gualdo Tadino (PG), in Umbria, which welcomed 26 shooters competing in the Universal Trench, a specialty also featured at TAV Montefeltro (PU), in the Marche region, with 20 participants. Completing the event were the Universal Trench trials hosted by TAV Corleto Perticara (PZ), in Basilicata, and TAV Tiratori Romani Riofreddo (RM), in Lazio, both with 17 shooters registered (source: FITAV).
