La Tenuta Bonicelli of Ceresole d'Alba (province of Cuneo) has organized a new one food and wine appointment, an event to which the Piedmontese structure has become accustomed and which will resume in total safety. The title of this tasting is as follows: "Game meat meets Dosio Vigneti wines". It is a very captivating menu with intriguing flavors to discover the Dosio winery and various delicious meats.
The courses will be five, as well as the combinations; the event, scheduled at 20 pm on Saturday 19 June 2021 has a limited number and reservations are required at the telephone number 3286699637. But what will the menu be specifically? Here are the dishes that can be tasted:
- Woodcock pate and black summer truffle paired with a Langhe Bianco DOC of 2019
- roe tonnato in the ancient way, recipe combined with a Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Nassone
- Tagliatelle with mountain pine, salted butter with black garlic and fallow deer tartare, dish for which Momenti was chosen, Langhe DOC
- Boar stew with Barolo and sweet and sour onions that could not fail to be paired with a 2015 Barolo DOCG
- Caprese with dark chocolate, cherry sorbet: in this case the wine will be a Moscato d'Asti DOCG Canelli
