Welcome custom
Despite Sunday's scorching heat, Sant'Uberto Park in Almenno San Salvatore responded with a bang, hosting, as usual, the Regional Bird Festival, now in its extraordinary 92nd year!
The heart of the community
A record turnout that speaks for itself: more than 5.000 people filled the park, confirming how deeply rooted this event is in the heart of the community and beyond. Congratulations to Diego Cornali, the festival's longtime president, and all his staff!
Dog breeding
Not just ornithology: there was also a dog show. An entire section of the park was dedicated to the world of canine enthusiasts, celebrating hunting dogs and the local pride: the proud Bergamasco Shepherd. A success that saw 12 breeds exhibited and 35 dogs entered in competitions.
Illustrious presences
Lorenzo Bertacchi of the legal office of Federcaccia Lombardia was also present at the event, along with Dante Todeschini, secretary of Federcaccia Bergamo, and regional councilors Pietro Macconi and Carlo Bravo (source: Federcaccia).
