Increased penalties
A name (or rather a double name) and a surname that the hunting world knows very well. The Honorable Michele Vittoria Brambilla she is well known (even too well) to hunters all over Italy and today all anyone talks about is her. Why? Her law has definitely come into force, which provides for harsher penalties for crimes related to animals. Brambilla herself has defined it bluntly as "a historic reform that Italy has been waiting for over twenty years", but what does it provide specifically?
Fines and imprisonment
Among the main provisions are the ban on keeping dogs on a chain (the fine ranges from 500 to 5 thousand euros), from 6 months to 2 years in prison for animal abuse, 3 years in prison for killing the same animals (which increases to 4 in the event of torture), but also the stop to clandestine fights and puppy trafficking.
The reference to hunting
As was easy to guess, the former minister managed to attach the word “hunting” also to this law in which hunting activity is not involved in the slightest. These are his statements before the green light to the legislative text: “The fight against hunting is and remains my battle”.

Yes ❤️ Yes ❤️ Yes ❤️…. All good… I hope. That the Minister.. give attention to the indiscriminate accusations.. that have been made.. Against innocent hunters, accused, of crimes never Committed.. because of different political influence; put under accusation.. reporting, as new accusations, the complaints already archived.. and pardoned.. to then reactivate them as new.. understood of accusation.. not to mention all the injustices done by the prefectures..!! If you want to read.. I give you credit.. of so many abuses on people, Wise..!!… Punished, and punished for being innocent, If the law is the same for everyone.. it is not right that a functionary of the order can make all the accusations at his pleasure.. and the innocent cannot, report the marshal.? because he also ruined his family... I totally agree, because whoever makes a mistake... must pay..!!
