Hunters and farmers
The disputed European legislation on soil restoration came into force yesterday, 18 August, which, although strongly opposed by the agricultural world, is of great importance for the hunting world. Going deeper into the regulations, the message according to which its application would encourage abandonment is not true, also considering that, especially in the hills, the phenomenon is already widespread.
Agricultural rotation
For example, the recommended management of the stable calving system in the hills and the rules that strengthen the introduction of agricultural rotation are of great interest for working on the natural reproduction of game on the territories.
The role of the hunting world
We must, forcefully and through the ATC, enter into these processes, collaborate with the agricultural world and invest ourselves (hunters) in these forms of environmental protection which the hunting world also strongly needs (source: Arci Caccia).
