Promotion of hunting culture
The new Club is born UNCZA (National Union of Hunters of the Alpine Area) Dolomiti Bellunesi. It brings together mainly young people who are passionate about hunting. "We are very pleased to announce the creation of this new club, dedicated to promoting hunting culture and its traditions and aimed at spreading greater awareness of the importance of Alpine hunting," explain the promoters.
A modern hunt
On 14 June 2024, during the National Assembly, the UNCZA Council voted in favour of the creation of the UNCZA Dolomiti Bellunesi Club, which in an initial phase will operate in the areas of Centro Cadore, Comelico and Valle del Boite, through a group of young hunters located throughout the territory and united by a modern concept of hunting activity. Martina Da Rin, member of the Vigo di Cadore Reserve, was appointed as the contact person for the new institute.
Mountain Hunters
The club's main objective is to spread the values of Alpine hunting and highlight the strategic importance of the mountain hunter in the enhancement, conservation and sustainable management of the typical Alpine fauna. These goals will be implemented through the promotion of cultural and educational initiatives aimed at the entire community, information meetings organized locally, activities in schools and much more. The UNCZA Dolomiti Bellunesi Club is a non-profit organization and is open to all those who wish to join, driven by passion and the desire to commit themselves to contributing to giving society a more authentic image of the mountain hunter.
