The main lands
A highly anticipated final will take place on July 26th at the ZAC L'Isola in Roascio, near Cuneo. The ASD L'In-Menso has carefully organized the event, the first FIDASC European Championship for Sporting Dogs with wild boar hounds in Poker style. Five national delegations will participate, making it an understandably eagerly anticipated event.
Who will compete?
Specifically, the delegations are from Italy, Macedonia, Albania, Romania, and the Republic of San Marino. Competing for Italy will be Giuseppe De Marco, winner of the first edition of the Champion's Cup, held in September 2025 in Valfabbrica (Perugia), assisted by his team of four Anglo-Français de Petite Vénerie hounds.
Great expectations
Expectations are therefore high for the Fidasc team, which will be represented on this occasion by delegate Giuseppe De Meo, while the international race directors will rely on the expertise of Italians Monica Francone and Pasqualino Fardella and San Marino's Gustavo Albani.
