The moment has finally arrived: starting today, we can begin the turtle dove census, a project that represents an unprecedented challenge for our hunting association. This is the first time an association like ours has undertaken an initiative of this magnitude, and we do so with the understanding that the active participation of Sardinian hunters is essential. Only through rigorous scientific studies will we be able to define sustainable and responsible harvest plans, respecting the wildlife and the landscape.
